Terms of Use_

These Terms of Use (hereinafter 'Directive') regulate the legal relationship between you and Sammi.agency. By ordering system services (Web, Mobile, AI Bots), you automatically accept this Directive. If you do not agree with the terms, you are requested to terminate your connection with the System immediately.

Until the project is fully completed and 100% payment is made, all code, design architecture (UI/UX), and system core remain the intellectual property of Sammi.agency. • Upon completion of payment, the right to use the system and (subject to agreement) the source code are fully transferred to the client.

For the project to run continuously and at high speed, the client undertakes the following: • Providing accurate and fixed information when creating the technical specification (Terms of Reference). • Providing API keys, domain, and server (Hosting/VPS) access in a timely manner during the workflow. • Not requesting fundamental changes after the project is approved (additional changes will be estimated separately).

The process of architecting and creating the system begins only after an advance payment is made. • Standard payment distribution: 50% at the start of the project, 50% before project handover. • Advance payments for initiated projects are non-refundable, as they are used to secure the time of cyber-engineers and designers.

Sammi.agency guarantees that the delivered projects will function without errors (Bug-free) as specified in the contract. Free technical support is valid for an agreed-upon period after the project is handed over. • We are not responsible for malfunctions caused by third-party services (e.g., payment system APIs, server downtimes).
